• High frequency equipment for surface flaw detection:
• EDDY CHECK 5 : this newest of test equipment is a compact 1 or 2 channel equipment for testing applications including those requiring a rotating system (RS35HS, RS65, RS130) or encircling coils. It offers simple touch screen operations, quick and easy service, complete documentation of test results
• RS 35 HS : for detection of longitudinal defects in high speed applications. Used testing of bar, wire and seamless tubing in applications such a wire drawing, cold heading and spring making.
• RS 65 and RS130: for detection of longitudinal defects, your best choice is the rotating system, which contains 2 or 4 probes that helically scans the test piece for cracks. The PRUFTECHNIK family of rotating systems is particularly robust to withstand crashes during production.
• EDDY SENSOR : for special testing problems where standard proximity or contact sensors cannot do the job. Examples of applications include butt weld detection, crack detection in annealing units, and detection of weld seam location.
• EDDY DECTOR : crack detectors are eddy current instruments specifically developed to test components for surface cracks, either prior to, or after, grinding, machining or other production sequences.
